In the event of a federal government shutdown, the United States District Court – for Eastern Missouri has announced they will be open for business as usual on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, with filing dates remaining in effect.

The Clerk’s Office will post additional information regarding operations as we obtain further directions from the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
