A Mexico man is in the Montgomery County jail, busted for explosives and meth.

Richard Lovell’s bond to get out of jail is $15,000. A sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop on Hwy 19 because of bad license plates,, and the department says Lovell gave permission for the car to be searched. They say meth and an explosive device.
