The Fayette woman accused of killing an 8-moth-old baby has been moved back to the Boone County jail after her accidental release last month.

49-year-old Jennifer Johnson was released on parole last month by administrative error, but was arrested once again on June 26th in Arkansas.

She is now back in the Boone County Jail and a court hearing is set for July 14 at the Boone County Courthouse.
