A Fulton man has been charged with sexually abusing a seven-year-old child.

On July 9, 2025, the Missouri Children’s Division referred an investigation to the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim had told the Child Advocacy Center of Central Missouri that Roland Nazarowski had raped her.

Prosecutors charged Nazarowski with First Degree Child Molestation and First Degree Statutory Rape of a Person Less Than 12 Years of Age, and he was arrested earlier today.

He is being held in the Callaway County Jail without bond.
