A Fulton man faces new charges of child sexual abuse and promoting child pornography.

A Callaway County grand jury has indicted 33-year-old Jacob Cameron Stockglausner on three counts each of statutory sodomy involving a child under 12, and first-degree promoting child pornography.

Federal prosecutors previously charged Stockglausner in April for allegedly producing and distributing child sexual abuse materials through the messaging app Kik.

Authorities say the crimes occurred while a daycare was being operated out of his home.

Stockglausner remains in the Callaway County Jail without bond.
