Water main repairs in Fulton yesterday, led to problems in the southern part of town, after the city of Fulton shut down running water to some parts of the community.

At the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center, port-a-potties were in use and bottled water was handed out for both staff and residents.

Water services were restored to the area around 3 p.m. Wednesday, but a boil order is in place at the facility for 48 hours.
