Gasconade serious motorcycle

A couple from Bonner Springs, Kansas, were injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in Gasconade County, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
According to the report, a 2016 Harley Davidson Ultra was traveling eastbound on U.S. 50 while a 2021 Ford Ranger, driven by a 63-year-old St. Robert man, was traveling westbound on U.S. 50 at Missouri Highway 28 in Gasconade County. The Ford Ranger entered the left turn lane and traveled into the path of the Harley Davidson. According to the report, the Harley Davidson struck the Ford Ranger, and both the driver and passenger of the motorcycle were ejected.
A 65-year-old female was seriously injured in the crash, which happened at 4pm..
According to the report, the 65-year-old male driver of the motorcycle was transported to Mercy Washington Hospital for minor injuries, and the female passenger was flown to Mercy St. Louis Hospital. The driver of the Ford Ranger was uninjured.
Safety devices were present for both driver and the occupants of the Harley Davidson.
