Governor’s Mansion Hosts First-Ever Holiday Tree Lighting and Candlelight Tours

In Jefferson City, Governor Mike Kehoe and First Lady Claudia Kehoe are inviting Missouri families to celebrate the holiday season at the Governor’s Mansion.

The first-ever tree lighting ceremony takes place Friday, December 5, at 6 p.m., followed by Candlelight Tours through 8 p.m.

Visitors can explore the mansion’s beautifully decorated first floor and return for another tour Monday evening.

This year’s theme is “Saint Nicholas: A Season of Giving.” Families from St. Raymond’s Society will join the First Family as special guests, and Toys for Tots will be on-site to collect donations for children across Missouri.

Tours are free and open to the public through the Madison Street gate.
