The Moberly man charged with the murder of 23-year-old Bailey Scott was denied bond Wednesday at a review hearing.

68-year-old David Heyde remains in the Macon County Jail on a charge of Second Degree Murder.

His next court appearance is a Counsel Status Hearing on August 11th.
