A two car accident left two people injured in a traffic crash on Highway 22, just east of the Highway 63 connector yesterday afternoon. The accident happened just before 3pm, and one lane of the road was closed as first responders initially handled traffic.

No word yet on how bad the injuries were, but a helicopter was spotted leaving the scene just after 3:00 p.m.
