Mexico
Audrain County Shelter Resource Coalition offices will be closing today at 3 PM for the Christmas Holiday.
Offices will reopen on Monday, December 29.

Please note that Room at the Inn operations and hours will remain unchanged, and services for our shelter guests will continue as scheduled.

City of Mexico offices will be closed today and tomorrow

trash pickup will not run Christmas Day, residents with trash pickup on Thursday 25th will have trash picked up Saturday December 27th.

 

Columbia
The Activity and Recreation Center (“The ARC”) in Columbia will close at 3 p.m. (Wednesday) and will be closed all of Dec. 25.

City of Columbia offices will be closed Thursday, Dec. 25, in observance of Christmas Day,
Several city services will be affected by the holidays.

Residential curbside trash will not be collected on the observed holidays and will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week. The COMO Recycle and Trash App has reminders on collection day.

The landfill will also be closed on Dec. 25

Go COMO, Columbia’s public transit system, will not run Dec. 25

Downtown parking meters will not be enforced Dec. 25

Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services will be closed Dec. 25

Administrative offices for both the police and fire departments will be closed, but all other emergency services will be available.
