The Jefferson City man convicted of killing his child’s mother, was sentenced to life in prison today, without the opportunity for parole.

39-year-old Sergio Sayles was found guilty of first-degree murder, armed criminal action and tampering with evidence in the April 2023 murder of Jasmine King in Jefferson City.
