The Jefferson City Police Department is disquieting a social media post claiming that the department is purchasing Tesla Cybertrucks for its patrol fleet.

JCPD wants to make the public aware that this information is not accurate. The Jefferson City Police Department has not authorized, posted, or announced any plans to purchase or deploy Tesla Cybertrucks.
