A 32-year old Fulton man was arrested today (Monday) by Missouri Highway Patrol Troopers in Callaway County.

Robert S. Kowalski was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while suspended.

He was taken to the Callaway County Jail and has since been released.
