A Fulton man faces multiple charges after a violent confrontation Saturday night.
Nineteen-year-old Lamar Scott Jr. is accused of shooting at an occupied car and pointing a gun at another person near a gas station on Chestnut Street.
Police say a victim drove off with Scott’s car during an argument in a church parking lot, prompting Scott to fire shots as they fled. According to court documents, he also threatened that someone would die that night and allegedly tried to break into a home.
Scott is charged with three felonies, including unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action, along with three misdemeanors.
