A couple of Marthasville teen-agers were seriously injured in a one-car crash on Sunday in Warren County.

The 18-year-old female driver was southbound on Route TT, just north of Woodland Drive near Dutzow, when she failed to negotiate a curve to the right in her 2003 Mazda Protege. The vehicle then traveled off the left side of the road and struck a utility pole.

The driver, and her 15-year-old female passenger both suffered serious injuries and were taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
