University of Missouri System President Mun Choi is serious about making sure downtown Columbia is a safe place to be. He organized a walkthrough of Downtown Columbia over the weekend

Choi, who had heard from business owners and students, took the tour saying that he wanted to observe with is own eyes what is happening in the city. He also stated that this won’t be his last stroll downtown.

Concerns have grown about the downtown safety of the city, after a Stephens College student was shot dead in Downtown Columbia last month.
