Colleges fraternity and sorority rushes are underway as the new school year begins, and Missouri’s new anti-hazing law is in force.
It started yesterday, called Danny’s Law, and punishes members of any frat or sorority with a felony if they even create a serious safety risk for a pledge or member.

Judge Joshua Devine told Strain’s step-parents they won’t benefit from a financial reward if neglect is proven.
Strain’s death last year was national news. He was kicked out of a Nashville bar and ended up missing for 2 weeks before he was found dead.
