A 9-year-old New London boy suffered serious injuries last night (Wednesday) in an ATV crash and was airlifted by Air Evac to St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the boy was riding a 2003 Polaris Sportsman on Briarwood Place, about a mile and a half west of New London, about 6pm, when the vehicle ran off the roadway.

The child was wearing a helmet.
