CME cash dairy prices mostly steady to lower Wednesday

Cash dairy prices were steady-to-lower except for cheese barrels Wednesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey was unchanged at $0.50.  No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0050 at $1.86.   Eight sales were recorded, ranging from $1.8525 to $1.8625.  Cheese barrels were up $0.0250 at $1.9125.
