Cash dairy prices stable with little trading Monday

Cash dairy prices were mostly steady Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey has been unchanged at $0.6025 for a week.  No sales were recorded again Monday.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were unchanged at $1.90.  No sales were recorded.  Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.87.  No sales were recorded.  Butter was down $0.02 at $2.6750. …Continue Reading
