Cash dairy prices were mostly lower Tuesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey was down $0.02 at $0.74. Three sales were recorded, ranging from $0.74 to $0.75. Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.05 at $1.4750. Two sales were recorded at $1.4775 and $1.49. Cheese barrels remained unchanged at $1.5825. No sales were recorded. Butter prices were down $0.03 at $1.43. Three sales were recorded at that price. Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0025 at $1.16. Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.16 to $1.1625.
