Cash dairy prices mixed to end the week

Cash dairy prices were mixed Friday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange as cheese prices fell, and butter recovered some value.    Dry whey was unchanged at $0.60.  No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0025 at $1.7750.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.7425 to $1.77.  Cheese barrels were down $0.0450 at $1.78.  No sales…… Continue Reading
