Cash dairy prices were steady to lower Monday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey was unchanged at $0.76.  One sale was recorded at that price.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0250 at $1.5250.  Six sales were recorded, ranging from $1.5175 to $1.53.  Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.5825.  No sales were recorded.  Butter prices…Continue Reading
