CME cash dairy steady to lower Monday

Cash dairy prices were steady to lower Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey was unchanged at $0.61.  No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.01 at $1.84.   One sale was recorded at $1.85.  Cheese barrels were down $0.02 at $1.91.
