Cash dairy prices were steady to lower Friday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey was unchanged at $0.51.  No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0650 at $1.89.   Four sales were recorded, ranging from $1.89 to $1.9275.  Cheese barrels were down $0.04 at $1.85.
