Cash dairy prices were mostly higher Monday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey remained unchanged at $0.6475. One sale was recorded at that price. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.04 at $1.6650. Thirteen sales were recorded, ranging from $1.63 to $1.6650. Cheese barrels were up $0.0225 at $1.6450. No sales were recorded.
