Cash dairy prices mixed to start 2026 at CME

Cash dairy prices were mixed on Friday to start off 2026 at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.   Dry whey was down 0.0100 to 0.7250. Two sales were recorded at that price. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up 0.0150 to 1.3900. Ten sales were recorded, ranging from 1.3750 to 1.3950.
