Seasonal warmth, rainfall ahead for the Heartland

Looking ahead, the 6- to 10-day outlook calls for the likelihood of near- or above-normal temperatures and rainfall across most of the country.  Cooler-than-normal conditions will be confined to the southern High Plains and parts of the Southwest. At the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, live cattle were mostly higher, and feeders were higher, waiting on direct business to develop.
