Global Dairy Trade index up Tuesday 

The Global Dairy Trade index rose 1.4% in Tuesday’s trading event.    The market saw price increases for whole milk powder, skim milk powder, Cheddar cheese, and butter.  Values for Mozzarella, Lactose, and anhydrous milk fat all fell.  The biggest gain was in whole milk powder, which rose 5% to $3,988 per metric ton, or…Continue Reading
