Cash dairy prices closed lower Tuesday

Cash dairy prices were lower Tuesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey remained unchanged at $0.6025.  Seven sales were recorded, ranging from $0.6025 to $0.6050.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.03 at $1.89.  One sale was recorded at that price.  Cheese barrels were down $0.07 at $1.91.  One sale was recorded at that price. …Continue Reading
