A 20-year-old Bowling Green man was seriously injured Sunday night on Highway 54, near Pike County Road 462.

The accident happened at 11:28pm, when a westbound 2002 Chevrolet S-10, driven by a 52-year old Vandalia man, crossed the centerline and hit an eastbound 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 650 driven by the Bowling Green man. He was ejected off the motorcycle and was transported by Pike County EMS to University Hospital in Columbia.
