The Jefferson City man that crashed last Thursday into Westbrook Terrace Memory Care on N. Ten Mile Drive in Jefferson City was charged today with first-degree involuntary manslaughter and driving without a license.
Deshawn M. Robinson was accused after the accident killed a nursing home resident. He apparently had a seizure at about 10 a.m. and then another one while driving a few hours later that led to the crash.
According to a probable cause statement, he had not been taking his seizure medication for several days.
