A Columbia school bus was involved in a five-vehicle crash on northbound U.S. 63 Monday evening.

Columbia Public Schools Officials say, Bus 319 was returning to the transportation facility when the crash happened.

No students were on board, and the driver was not hurt.

The crash occurred near Grindstone Creek around 5:26 p.m. and temporarily closed the passing lane.

Three vehicles were drivable, while two—including the bus—had to be towed.
