A signal cabinet upgrade will require the traffic signals at the intersection of Missouri Routes 740 and 163 (Stadium Boulevard and Providence Road) to be turned off for several hours this week.
Beginning at midnight on Thursday, Sept. 25, the signals at Stadium and Providence will be turned off and stop signs will be in place for all directions. Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation will replace the signal cabinet at the intersection and plan to have it operational by 6 a.m. that same day.
All lanes are expected to remain open, but motorists should remain alert.
