A June report from an underage relative that a man was touching her inappropriately by slapping her on the buttocks, has resulted in the arrest of 49-year-old Arthur Sinden, Jr. of Holts Summit.

He was charged after the investigation revealed that Child Sexual Abuse Materials, or CSAM, were present on Sinden’s personal laptop.

Sinden is accused of possessing CSAM, two counts of Possession of Child Pornography, and with three counts of Fourth Degree Assault and two counts of Fourth Degree Domestic Assault.

He is being held in the Callaway County Jail without bond.
