Area shoppers mark your calendar’s. The new Trader Joe’s in Columbia will open on Thursday, Oct. 30.  The company announced in a Wednesday press release.

The grocery chain offers a variety of products including fresh produce, frozen meals, and alcohol.

The store is located in the old Macy’s building at The Shoppes on Stadium.
