A case status hearing scheduled for 1:30pm today in Randolph County Court for 19-year-old Kyle Tuggle, the Moberly teen, charged with two counts of second degree child molestation with a child under 12-years old.

A probable cause statement written by a Randolph County sheriff’s detective alleges Tuggle inappropriately touched a child while they were alone in a barn.
