A Fulton man and woman are facing drugs and weapons charges after an arrest by police this (Monday) morning.
According to the Fulton Police Department they were in the area of the 900 block of East 9th Street looking for a wanted person when they located a vehicle illegally parked and observed a person run from the vehicle.
The vehicle was stopped and according to police the driver Trent Parker was arrested for an active warrant out of Holt Summit.
The owner of the vehicle identified as Jennifer Graves was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Both were taken to the Callaway County Jail pending bond.
