Alabama’s governor signed a near-total abortion ban yesterday (Wednesday).
Missouri’s bill will allow exceptions in cases of medical emergencies, not rape or incest.
The GOP-lead House will need to approve the bill before it can go to Governor Mike Parson, who is in support of it.
