Mexico Bulldogs Defeat Harrisburg Bulldogs at Gary Filbert Classic

It was a successful night for the Mexico Bulldogs boys and girls basketball teams at the Gary Filbert Classic tonight (Saturday).

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs defeated the Harrisburg Lady Bulldogs 67-35.

Mya Miller led all scorers with 22 points; Riley Thurman contributed 15 points; freshman Claire Hudson put up 11 points.

The Mexico girls reeled off their 7th consecutive win and improved their record to 7-1 overall.

The Mexico Bulldogs boys beat the Harrisburg Bulldogs boys 73-58.

Senior Isaiah Reams finished the game with 18 points; Daeye Miller also got into double digits with 11.

The Mexico Bulldogs remain perfect on the season with an 8-0 record.

The Mexico boys and girls will be back in action on January 4th, 2022 when they host the Fulton Hornets at the Mexico High School.
