Fulton Man Arrested Accused of Shooting His Neighbor With Crossbow
A Fulton man is in the Callaway County Jail facing charges after an incident yesterday morning (Wednesday) where he is accused of shooting his neighbor with a crossbow.
According to Fulton police they responded to the 800 block of Jefferson Street and learned 63 year old Thurman Estep and his neighbor had a verbal altercation when Estep shot his crossbow hitting his neighbor in the abdominal area.
The victim called 911 and was taken to University Hospital.
