COVID Levels Rise in Boone and Audrain Counties
The community level for COVID in Boone and Audrain counties is on the rise. Boone county is now back in the red or high level after being in the medium level, while Audrain is rising from low to medium.
As of Sunday, there were 29 hospitalizations, four in the ICU and one on a ventilator in Boone County.
Officials say the average is 50 new cases per day and the rise is slower than when Omicron first came out.
