Community R-VI Boys Basketball Results From Friday Night

The R-VI Trojan boys basketball team lost a close one Friday night to Slater.

The Trojans had the lead at the end of the first quarter and a slight lead at the half, but Slater was led by possibly the best player in the conference, Brandon Terrill. Terrill had 14 Slater’s 18 first half points and picked up another 22 points in the second half.

Community R-VI was led by Gavin Allen with 26 points and Mason Carroll with 14 points.

Slater’s Terrill hit some well-contested deep 3 pointers that pushed Slater to the win, 54 – 50.
