Randolph County Jailers Killer Has Execution Date Set
The execution date for the man convicted of murdering Randolph County jailers Leon Egley and Jason Acton in 2000 is now set.
The State has 24 hours from 6:00 in the evening of June 6th to execute Michael Tisius by order of the Missouri Supreme Court.
The killings of Egley & Acton occurred when Tisius and Tracie Bullington tried to free Bullington’s boyfriend Roy Vance from the Randolph County Jail.
The killings eventually led to a more secure jail being built in Randolph County.
