A familiar face will reportedly be returning to the Missouri Tigers baseball team under new head coach Kerrick Jackson.

Seven years after he was let go as head coach of the Mizzou baseball program, Tim Jamieson will be the pitching coach on Jackson’s staff.

Jamieson was the head coach of Mizzou Baseball for 22 seasons from 1995 to 2016.

Former Kansas City Chiefs edge rusher Frank Clark will be playing for the Denver Broncos during the upcoming season.

According to the Associated Press Clark and the Broncos have agreed to a one-year deal.

Clark, who turns 30 next week, was cut recently by the Chiefs in a cost-saving move.

A string of sports games and practices have been postponed as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to impact the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast parts of the United States.

Around 75 million people are under air quality alerts.

Major League Baseball postponed two games, one between the Detroit Tigers and the host Philadelphia Phillies and the other between the Chicago White Sox and the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium.

Yesterday’s (Thursday’s) game between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Washington Nationals in D.C. has also been rescheduled until later this month.
