Missouri baseball completed a huge comeback to defeat Ole Miss 11-9 yesterday (Thursday) in the series opener.
The Tigers scored nine unanswered runs.
With two outs in the bottom of the eighth, Matt Garcia hit a go-ahead two-run homer to give Mizzou the lead.
The Tigers look to take the series against Ole Miss tonight at 6 at Taylor Stadium.

The Kansas City Chiefs signed offensive tackle Donovan Smith yesterday (Thursday) to a one-year deal for the upcoming season.
The 29-year-old Smith, was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on March 7.
Smith struggled much of last season with elbow and foot injuries causing him to miss four games, which is why the Bucs let him go.

The St. Louis Cardinals were swept by the Los Angeles Angels following an 11-7 loss at Busch Stadium yesterday (Thursday).
The Cardinals lost their sixth in a row and have dropped nine of their last 10.
The Angels blew the game open by sending 11 batters to the plate in a six-run third that featured seven hits-all of which were singles.
Cardinals starter Jack Flaherty gave up a career-high 10 runs in just 2 1/3 innings.

The Kansas City Royals lost 13-10 to the Baltimore Orioles at the K.
