Former Missouri Tigers football head coach Gary Pinkel will be inducted into the National Football Foundation College Football Hall of Fame as member of the Class of 2022.

The official announcement was made yesterday (Monday).

Pinkel is the winningest head coach at Mizzou and at the University of Toledo.

Pinkel will officially be inducted during an awards dinner on December 6th.

The Georgia Bulldogs upset the Alabama Crimson Tide 33-18 last night (Monday) in the College Football Playoff National Championship.

Georgia won their first Division I football title since the 1980 season and avenged their 41-14 loss to Alabama in the SEC Championship Game on December 4th.

The Bulldogs finish the season with a 14-1 record.
