Vandalia Man Dies in Ralls County Accident
A 24-year-old Vandalia man is dead after a one car accident in Ralls County last night (Friday).
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol it happened on US 61 about two miles north of New London just after 7pm.
A vehicle driven by 27-year-old Ian G. Smith went off the road and overturned.
Shawn C. Wise a passenger in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the Hannibal Regional Hospital.
The driver was not injured.
