Mizzou basketball’s attempt to knock off 3 nationally ranked teams in a row falls short.

They lost to #13 Arkansas on the road last night 74 – 68.

Both teams are now 12 – 2 on the season and 1 – 1 in SEC play.

Next up for the Tigers, a Saturday morning matchup as they host Vandy, tip off set for 11:00.

In Tiger football news, according to ESPN Mizzou is close to inking a deal with Fresno State’s offensive coordinator Kirby Moore.

Moore would replace Bush Hamden as the Tiger’s quarterbacks coach and would be the first titled Offensive Coordinator under coach Eli Drinkwitz.

The Blues are in action on the road tonight, this time in New Jersey to take on the Devils.
